Ms. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in India. Her passion for creativity and movement has shaped her academic and professional journey. She represented her state in rowing and competed at the school-national level in kayaking, building a strong appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and outdoor adventure. Before entering education, Ms. Aishwarya worked in retail fashion and graphic design before transitioning into UI/UX design roles with multinational companies. Her creative background brings thoughtful problem-solving and engaging, hands-on learning experiences to her work with students. Her love for crafts and working with children led her to begin her education career at Stratford School. She now brings the same enthusiasm to BASIS Independent Dublin, where she enjoys supporting students through fun, creative, and student-centered after-school experiences. Outside of work, Ms. Aishwarya loves traveling, hiking, and finding scenic places to kayak.
