Ms. Haranahalli first joined BASIS Independent Schools as the Director of Academic Programs at Fremont Upper School in November 2021. She joined following her role as the Head of School at a local language school, overseeing administration, operations, communication, enrollment, curriculum, parent interfacing, staff management, and curriculum development. She was instrumental in shaping a robust academic program, introducing grades 11 and 12, expanding the Advanced Program offerings, and offering unique elective and Capstone courses. Ms. Haranahalli supports students with course planning and graduation requirements while guiding teachers with curriculum resources and training. Her leadership continues to strengthen the academic experience for the entire school community. She remains deeply grateful for the trust and support of the school community and staff throughout her journey at BASIS Independent Fremont.
