As an educator, her goal is to ensure students feels welcomed, heard, and truly part of our vibrant community. She is passionate about getting to know each learner—how they think, grow, and thrive—so she can support them in feeling confident, capable, and empowered every step of the way. She chose BASIS Independent Bellevue because of its strong core values, exceptional community, and the innovative learning approach that supports every student’s success. She says "I joined the team in 2024 and have been incredibly grateful to be part of such a dynamic and inspiring environment ever since. It’s been a joy to grow alongside such passionate educators and incredible students!" When Ms. Tseng is not teaching, you’ll often find her skating at local skate parks as it is one of her favorite ways to stay active and have fun. She also loves exploring new places and discovering great food along the way, always ready for the next adventure!‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌
