Ms. Ju is the Dean of Students at BASIS Independent Fremont Lower School. In her role as Dean, Ms. Ju works closely with students, parents, and teachers to help each child succeed. She believes that strong school–home partnerships are essential for student growth. Through programs like Bee Buddies, she encourages students to build confidence, develop positive relationships, and contribute to the school community.

Ms. Ju began her journey at BASIS Independent Fremont as a Mandarin teacher, building strong relationships with students and families through creativity and care. Today, as Dean, she continues to nurture those connections while guiding students to make good choices, develop resilience, and discover their strengths.
