Our approach to athletics promotes healthy competition and helps students develop the discipline, grit, and persistence to become leaders on and off the court. We are as proud of our students as athletes as we are of them as scholars. Go, Bumblebees and Yellow Jackets!
Sports and Athletics Highlights
Our sports and athletics offerings have grown significantly each year since our founding. In league sports, we emphasize competing at a high level while prioritizing sportsmanship and teamwork. Our noncompetitive sports focus on participation and skill-building. Some of this year’s noncompetitive offerings may eventually become league sports, depending on participation and availability. The list below is only a sample, as our offerings change from season to season and year to year.

Chosen by our community
When our Lower School opened, we chose the Bumblebee as our mascot because it captured the spirit we wanted to build: a community where everyone works together, supporting one another and accomplishing more than we ever could alone. Small but mighty, Bumblebees are hardworking, collaborative, and essential to the communities around them. They thrive as part of something bigger than themselves.
The Yellow Jackets

When we opened our Upper School, we wanted a new symbol that honors the Bumblebee spirit and reflects the next chapter of our growing students. Bold, energetic, and collaborative, Yellow Jackets reflect the qualities of our original Bumblebee while representing the confidence and independence that come with growing up.
The two mascots tell one story. We are stronger together, rising to challenges and accomplishing more when we work as a community.
