“I love working at BASIS Independent Fremont because of the strong relationships among the faculties,” says Ms. Hong. “They are always happy to offer each other support and communicate openly with each other. All the team members are cooperating effectively and working towards the common goal of providing the best possible education for our students.”
Building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, community, and culture is the heart of Ms. Hong’s teaching philosophy. She feels that a warm and positive teacher-student relationship will help the student feel more excited about learning and going to school. It also helps build self-confidence for students and supports them to have better achievements in the classroom.
