Mrs. Bhora received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras, India, in 1997 and earned a Certificate of Achievement in Early Childhood Education from DeAnza College, Cupertino, in 2003. She started as a grade 2 LET in 2021 and moved to 3rd grade in 2022. After teaching 3rd grade for three years, Mrs. Bhora has now taken the role of Specialist Expert Teacher, providing targeted intervention as well as enrichment to students spanning Grades 1-5. While teaching her students, she is not only helping to build a solid academic foundation in these young learners' lives but also preparing the next generation of responsible citizens. Her belief is that children thrive in a safe, loving, nurturing, and challenging environment, which she strives to create for every individual student in partnership with parents.

Mrs. Bhora is a proud mother of two daughters—her older daughter is a graduate of UC Davis, and her younger daughter is a rising sophomore at BASIS Independent Fremont. Her philosophy is that you learn immensely by experiencing different countries and cultures, and she never misses an opportunity to travel near and far with her family.
