Cut-off Dates
- Transitional Kindergarten students must turn 4 by May 31
- Kindergarten students must turn 5 by September 1
We evaluate each student based on their academic preparedness and potential. If we deem a student more suitable for a grade that doesn’t align with their birthdate during the application process, we will make that grade placement recommendation.

Deadline to Submit Required Materials: Friday, November 8, 2024
Notification Date: Wednesday, December 4, 2024 by 5:00 PM PT
Commitment Deadline: Friday, December 13, 2024 at 12:00 PM PT
Please note: Applying for Early Admissions is not immediately binding. To accept an offered seat, families must submit a signed Enrollment Agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $2,750 by the Commitment Deadline.
Regular Admissions Fall 2025
Regular Admissions is open to those applying to Transitional Kindergarten (TK) – Grade 9.

Deadline to Submit Required Materials: Friday, February 14, 2025
Notification Date: Wednesday, March 12, 2025 by 5:00 PM PT
Commitment Deadline: Friday, March 21, 2025 by 12:00 PM PT
Please note: Applying for Regular Admissions is not immediately binding. To accept an offered seat, families must submit a signed Enrollment Agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $2,750 by the Commitment Deadline.
Rolling Admissions Cycle Fall 2025
Rolling Admissions for Fall 2025 begins on Thursday, January 23, 2025
Application Submission Deadline: Applications are open until the grade has closed.
Application Completion Deadline: There is no deadline to submit applications, but please note that space is limited.
Notification Date: Applications will be notified within five business days after completing their application. Applicants in Rolling Admissions will be notified of an admissions decision after March 21, 2025.
Commitment Date: To accept an offered seat, families must sign a binding Enrollment Agreement in our application portal and make a non-refundable deposit of $2,750 within 10 business days of their enrollment offer.
