Mr. Cruz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and a Master’s Degree in Information Quality. Mr. Cruz’s experience in both private and government sectors spans more than 25 years. His fields of specialization are in data quality management, data governance, statistical process control, and research and development. Prior to joining BISV, he held key posts in data analysis, data and fiscal support, and R&D. As a teacher at BISV, he has taught middle school and high school classes in Algebra & Geometry, Logic, Empowering Entrepreneurs, Econometrics, and AP Statistics.

In his free time, he enjoys music and doing collaborative work with other singers and musicians. He loves spending quality time with his family.
