Ms. Spencer holds both a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Sports Leadership from Endicott College, graduating Summa Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree. As the Director of Athletics, Ms. Spencer is committed to creating a dynamic athletics program that offers students a fun, enriching, and memorable sports experience. She strives to help every student-athlete grow their skills, develop resilience, and discover a lifelong love of physical activity. Inspired by the passion and commitment she saw in BISV’s student-athletes, she knew this was the ideal community to help students achieve their athletic goals.

Outside of work, Ms. Spencer enjoys weightlifting, reading, and exploring new places around the Bay Area.
