Mr. Do
Kindergarten Fellow
Mr. Do is a Kindergarten Teaching Fellow at BASIS Independent Silicon Valley with a strong background in behavioral health counseling, specializing in trauma-informed care for young learners. He is also a former licensed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board, with several years of experience supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
In his role as a Kindergarten Teaching Fellow, Mr. Do is dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore, learn, and build confidence. He believes in fostering early skills that set the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity and success.
Mr. Do was drawn to BASIS Independent Schools for its dedication to academic excellence and its close-knit, supportive community. Outside the classroom, he enjoys caring for his seven cats and three dogs, and he’s always ready to share a story or two about his pets—because, in his eyes, every new acquaintance is simply a friend he hasn’t met yet.
