Mr. Tyler Walsh serves as a Campus Assistant at BASIS Independent Silicon Valley, where he is committed to fostering a welcoming, approachable environment in which students feel supported as they grow into the best versions of themselves. Mr. Walsh chose BASIS Independent Schools because he values the school’s mission and commitment to helping students achieve the highest level of education before entering the collegiate level. He is excited to contribute to a community that encourages students to pursue excellence while providing the guidance and support they need to succeed.

His approach centers on leading by example and creating positive connections with students. Mr. Walsh believes that providing encouragement, guidance, and a supportive presence helps students develop confidence and the skills they need to reach their goals.

Outside of school, Mr. Walsh enjoys watching movies and playing games with friends. A fun fact: he was ranked among the top five players in the nation for an online competitive game.
