Mr. Andrew is a recent graduate of Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. During his junior year at Oberlin, he attended a geology field camp and took a semester abroad with the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. During the semester, he had the opportunity to help plan educational activities for a community outreach day. While this was not his first time in lesson planning, this experience helped him realize his passion for teaching and education, which rivaled his interest in geology. He is passionate about fostering children’s excitement for learning and encouraging kindness and compassion. When he is not working, he enjoys rock collecting, birdwatching, hiking, and reading.
