Mr. Díaz
Spanish
Middle School, High School
Mr. Díaz was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he learned both Spanish and English at an early age and gained an understanding of the difficulties of learning a new language. There, he would volunteer as a translator and a tutor for friends and family. Once he moved to the United States, he maintained tutoring as a hobby and later discovered it was his true passion. Prior to BIM, he worked as a Spanish and Math teacher for a private school in Loudoun County. His approach to teaching Spanish through the lens of cultural heritage, history, and tradition creates an inspiring experience for students. This helps them immerse in the language and apply their knowledge in the real world. During his free time, Mr. Díaz enjoys spending time with his wife and cat, listening to music, and playing video games.
