Prior to joining BASIS Independent McLean, Ms. Li built her career in accounting, including serving as an auditor at Deloitte. She later discovered her passion for early childhood education and enjoys helping young learners build confidence through curiosity, encouragement, and meaningful relationships. As the parent of a BASIS Independent McLean student, she has experienced the school’s supportive community firsthand and is excited to contribute to that same nurturing environment for every child. Ms. Li is committed to creating a warm, engaging classroom where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn each day.
