Ms. Williams holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. Before entering education, she served in the U.S. Coast Guard, an experience that took her to many cool places and taught her the value of perseverance. Her love of mathematics goes back even further, and it's that passion she hopes to pass on to her students. Ms. Williams' goal is simple: help students see math as something to be curious and excited about, not something to fear.
