Prior to joining the BIM family, she worked at Somerset Christian School in an administrative capacity. She holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of education, she loves Pittsburgh sports, historical fiction, bargain hunting, and spending time with her husband of 40 years. Family is everything to her. Mrs. Harshbarger has four sons, four daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren! For the ninth straight year, Mrs. Harshbarger will be the Grade 4 Learning Expert Teacher and is excited to be part of the educational journey at BASIS Independent McLean.‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌
