BASIS Independent McLean utilizes Ravenna to manage the application process. Families will need to create an account to apply, register for required admissions events, and track their application progress.
Admissions Steps & Requirements
Age 2–Grade 1
- Attend an Admissions Event (Optional)
- Complete and Submit the Online Application
- Provide the Early Learning Program Teacher Recommendation form to your Child’s Current Teacher
- Submit a Transcript Request to your Child’s Current School (Grade 1 Only)
- Register for a Play Date
- Register for a Family Meeting
Grades 2–9
- Attend an Admissions Event (Optional)
- Complete and Submit the Online Application
- Provide the English and Math Teacher Recommendation forms to your Child’s Current Teacher(s)
- Submit a Transcript Request to your Child’s Current School
- Register for an Entrance Exam
- Register for a Family Meeting
