Key Admissions Dates & Deadlines 

We have two admission cycles: Sibling (early) Admissions and Regular Admissions. The applications for both cycles are now open, and the requirements for both cycles are the same. The main differences are the application deadlines, notification, and response timelines. Only students with a sibling currently enrolled at BASIS Independent Bothell will be considered for the sibling deadlines.

Early Admissions (Current Siblings Only) 

Application Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 
Application Completion Deadline: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 
Decision Released: Thursday, December 11, 2025 
Response Deadline: Thursday, December 18, 2025 

Regular Admissions 

Application Submission Deadline: Friday, January 23, 2026 
Application Completion Deadline: Friday, February 13, 2026 

High School Decisions Released: Monday, February 23, 2026 

Response Deadline: Monday, March 2, 2026 
Kindergarten – Grade 8 Decisions Released: Friday, March 20, 2026  
Response Deadline: Friday, March 27, 2026  
 

Application Steps

Family meetings, play dates and entrance exams (required application steps) are available to sign up for upon submitting an application. These begin in September and beyond. Slots fill up fast, and availability is on a first come first serve basis!

Our Admissions team has created a variety of virtual and in-person opportunities found on the  Admissions Event section of our website for you to learn more about BIBT. Campus tours will be starting in October, and registrations will be available starting in September.
