Concluding Blog

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my blog! This has been a great journey and thank you for following. As the first international student at BASIS Independent Brooklyn to go through the senior project, I enjoyed my time and I’m so grateful for all the assistance I have got from my faculty advisor. Undertaking this senior project has been a transformative experience for me. It has deepened my empathy and understanding for those struggling with depression, and it gave me a chance to advocate for mental health awareness and support. This project has inspired me to continue exploring this field in my future studies and career. I can’t wait to explore more about the world of mental health in college.

As I conclude my senior project, I am filled with thankfulness for the opportunity to research mental health and depression. This journey has taught me the significance of compassion, awareness, and support in promoting the mental well-being of adolescents. I hope that my research and reflections showed the complexities of depression and encouraged others to join the conversation surrounding mental health.

Remember, we all have a role in creating a supportive and understanding society. Let’s continue to uplift one another, advocate for mental health, and work towards a future where individuals facing depression receive the care and support they deserve.
