Ms. Grant is an Early Education Teaching Fellow at BASIS Independent Brooklyn's Lower School. She is excited to join our Kindergarten Copper class this year. Ms. Grant's goal as a BASIS Independent Educator is to make a positive impact in the lives of our students and help shape them into confident, curious, and compassionate learners and individuals. As an Early Education Teaching Fellow, she is specifically looking forward to sharing her love for learning with our Kindergarten students and supporting them and their families at such an exciting and critical moment in their development.

Ms. Grant chose BASIS Independent Brooklyn because she felt drawn to the mission and philosophy, particularly the emphasis on joyful learning. She appreciates the freedom and flexibility BASIS Independent Brooklyn offers its educators and looks forward to developing and refining her unique approach to teaching.

In her free time, Ms. Grant loves to knit, read, cook, and spend time with her friends. She is also a big walker and loves to spend time outside exploring new places.
