Mr. Opirhory is a Visual Artist and Educator. He teaches a variety of traditional/contemporary mediums and leads visual arts courses at BASIS Independent Brooklyn in the Middle and High School. His instruction includes Digital Photography, Studio Arts, 2D Portfolio, and Art History. He received a bachelor's degree in illustration at The School of Visual Arts and an MFA in Fine Art from New York Academy of Art. With well over a decade of teaching all ages, his students have built careers in commercial and fine arts. In addition to teaching, Mr. Opirhory is an active artist.
