Week 7

Hello everyone. I don’t have a lot to report this week. I’m continuing to work on my final deliverable, which is progressing nicely. Additionally, my deeper research into the Italian government and bureaucracy is giving me a bit better context into why Italian citizens and even government officials are both angry and somewhat defeated concerning the issues with the laws on the Amalfi coast.

The rest of my time with be spent continuing to pull out the best and most concise information possible from my interviews, deciding which facets of the interviews I want to focus on most in my final deliverable and presentation (the answers were more expansive than I anticipated, so I need to narrow focus slightly), and finishing up my research on government functions in Italy. Again, thank you all for your continued interest in my project, and I will continue to share updates on my project as they occur.
