Week 5- Results

Hi guys! This is an international blog post! This week has been a little hectic, since I traveled to Brazil. However, I have been able to find chunks of time to do all the necessary work for my project. On Monday, I spent my whole day working on my project. I was able to fix my slideshows and rewrite my methods. Additionally, I started looking for trends in my data and highlighting the most important discoveries. On Tuesday I did some more work, I was able to put data into graphs, but did not have much time to do anything else. Wednesday was my birthday, but I was able to find an hour or so to start writing my results. Writing the results, for me, is the most exciting part. I feel like my project is finally coming together. However, I am struggling to figure out how to format my results, and what parts of the qualitative data I want to include. Today, I hope to have an hour or two to finalize my graphs and finish writing results.

My data has been very close to what I expected. The only difference is that instead of a gradual decrease in stereotypical actions performed by females in cartoons, there was a big dip between the 2000s cartoon and the 2010s cartoon. In regards to my presentation, I have been struggling to choose the right content, but hope that as I finish my results, it will be better.
