Week 6 – Cookbook Update
April 17, 2023
Hi
Welcome back to my blog!
This time I’m taking a little break from my cooking adventure and working more on my recipe book! There isn’t much to show, unfortunately, but I have been spending some time researching variations of protein at my internship at New Day Nutrition.
One of the ingredients I learned was hemp seeds. They are similar species to cannabis but are a completely different variety as they hold great nutritional benefits.
