Our Leadership
Supporting a Community of Fearless Thinkers
Our heads of school, operations, and school leaders are the stewards of the BASIS Independent Schools mission. By setting and maintaining the educational and professional standards that define our school community, they ensure we keep our promises to students and families and create the conditions where students and teachers can do their best work. They build a culture where academic excellence, exceptional teaching, fearless thinking, and genuine community can flourish. Through their leadership each and every day, they make our shared core values visible and tangible, demonstrating to students the powerful impact of leading with vision, integrity, and purpose.
