Sports & Athletics
Home of the Wildcats
Our after-school sports and athletics programs continue to grow each year. We are proud of our partnership with Chelsea Piers, located across from our Upper School campus. In addition to hosting our PE program, the premier complex offers some of the finest options for after-school sports in the city. Our approach to athletics promotes healthy competition and empowers students with the discipline, grit, and persistence to become leaders on and off the court or playing field. We are as proud of our students as athletes as we are of them as scholars. Go, Wildcats!
Sports and Athletics Highlights
Our sports are focused on participation and skill-building. As we grow, we hope to see some of the sports that are non-competitive this year eventually evolve to be league sports in future years depending on participation and availability. Our Mascot
The Wildcats
Chosen by Our Community
When our new school set out to choose a mascot, we knew it should be more than just a name; it should be something our entire community could feel connected to. We turned the decision over to the people who make our school special: our students and staff. Mascot ideas were submitted by our community, and everyone had the opportunity to vote for their favorite. After the votes were counted, the excitement built toward the big reveal. At a school-wide pep rally, we finally announced our new mascot: the Wildcat! The Wildcat represents our school community’s spirit and pride.
