Ms. Lagunas Pereira holds an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and has over eight years of experience working with children, young adults, and families. She began her career in a nonprofit after-school and summer camp program, progressing from camp counselor to group leader. She transitioned to the Department of Education, serving as a Family Worker and Bus Coordinator, later helping young adults and adults enroll in school and begin their careers in the medical field. Ms. Lagunas Pereira is excited to be part of a dynamic community and looks forward to supporting students, families, and staff daily.
