Ms. Rodriguez graduated from St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. A dedicated leader within our school community, Ms. Rodriguez has spent the past seven years at BASIS Independent Manhattan. During her tenure, she has served in a wide variety of vital roles, ranging from Lead Teacher and Learning Expert Teacher (LET) to Dean of Students.

Now, as the Lower School Director of Student Affairs, Ms. Rodriguez is deeply committed to ensuring that every child feels seen, heard, and valued. She chose BASIS Independent Manhattan for its unique, interconnected learning model and collaborative community spirit. Through strong relationships, high expectations, and consistent support, she strives to help students build confidence, resilience, and empathy while fostering a deep sense of belonging across all grade levels.

Outside of school, Ms. Rodriguez enjoys exploring all that New York City has to offer with her two children. As a longtime Inwood resident, she deeply appreciates the vibrant sense of community in her neighborhood and loves taking part in local events and celebrations.
