Week 9: Oil and prom

Hey everyone! It’s Week 9, which means I should technically be almost done with my work. Luckily, I am! Let me catch you up on everything I did this week.

The first thing I did is make homemade coconut oil mixed with herbs for the people I will be giving out hair kits to. It isn’t difficult at all, I buy a lot of coconut oil from Costco <3 , and then I add methi seeds, curry leaves, and fresh rosemary leaves (coming straight from my backyard) to the oil. I let this sit in the sun for a week. I wanted to make sure my coconut oil was ready in time, which is why I started on it this week! I also started working on the instructions sheet that will be included in the kits!

Next, I continued working on my website. I played around with more platforms and decided to continue with one of them. I would’ve completed it by now if we didn’t have prom this weekend, because I had to pick between three different dresses! I hope to complete the website soon, but I’m almost there!
