The Term Project Glass Blowing & Fusing gave stude The Term Project Glass Blowing & Fusing gave students in Grades 9–11 the chance to explore the art of working with glass through hands-on experiences both on and off campus. During visits to the Bay Area Glass Institute, students learned the basics of glass blowing and created their own glass orbs. Back on campus, they experimented with glass fusion, creating jewelry, landscapes, and other unique pieces in the kiln.

The week wrapped up with a Glass Showcase, where students displayed their finished work and celebrated a week of creativity, craftsmanship, and learning.

Term Project Spotlight! Our students in the Sport Term Project Spotlight!

Our students in the Sports Careers Behind the Game Term Project (G9-G11) are getting an inside look at what it takes to run a professional sports organization. This week, they are visiting some of the Bay Area’s most iconic venues, including SAP Center, Levi’s Stadium, and Excite Ballpark, to explore the many careers that make game day possible.

From marketing and media to event operations and facility management, students are discovering that there’s much more to sports than what happens on the field, court, or ice. This hands-on experience is helping them explore exciting career pathways throughout the sports industry.
