Located in the epicenter of innovation and great thinking, BASIS Independent Silicon Valley is setting a new standard for education. Our Sunnyvale campus is home to Lower School (Transitional Kindergarten—Grade 5), while our San Jose campus is home to our Upper School students (Grades 6—12).
Lower School Building Facts
- Opened fall 2022
- Facility size: 34,000 sq. ft.
- Over 20 classrooms, complete with three designated science rooms, one engineering room, and a spacious multipurpose room
- Full court for basketball and volleyball, as well as fields for outdoor activities and PE
Upper School Building Facts
- Opened fall 2014
- Facility size: 80,000 sq. ft. which also includes a 14,000 square foot, 3-story addition of a gym and cafeteria
- Campus size: More than 3 acres
- Outdoor spaces including synthetic turf play area and basketball court
- 9 dedicated science labs
