Week 8 | Data Is In!

Woohoo! I finished running all three treatments on Prolific!

I ended up recruiting about 35 participants in a standard sample for each treatment and used $0.50 for the participation bonus ($10.00 hourly wage and 3 minutes estimated completion). I know $10.00 might sound way too low to be ethical, but that’s just in comparison to California standards. The federal minimum wage is actually $7.25.

Currently, I just have all the data in graphs and excel sheets (as shown below). The results do look slightly different from each other, but I need to analyze them next week to figure out whether there’s actually a statistically significant difference. Then I will (hopefully) be able to come to a conclusion regarding SVB and the Fed’s safety regulations!
