This week I made Seafood Curry. This is a special recipe that I have created to replicate my bà nội (grandmother)’s chicken curry. For this dish, I have replaced the chicken with scallops, shrimp, and striped bass to my personal liking. What I love about this dish is that it’s very aromatic and has a bit of spice!
