Before the break, our Lower School paused to give Before the break, our Lower School paused to give back in what is now a heartwarming annual service project. With their buddies, PreK through grade 5 made sandwiches for @nycommonpantry, and they made a lot of them – 480 to be exact! The cross-grade collaboration brought out compassion and kindness that were hopefully passed on with the donation. The students were able to express gratitude through a tangible action of giving back, and felt how they could make a difference for a local food pantry that needs support.

With sights set on Thanksgiving break, this week c With sights set on Thanksgiving break, this week could have easily been just a countdown. Instead, our Wildcats made every minute matter with:
🏷️ The Wall of Gratitude: An annual tradition where thank-you messages cover our walls—the most heartwarming gift of all!
🥪 Service & Compassion: Our PreK–5 students buddied up to prepare sandwiches for the New York Common Pantry. They learned a powerful lesson: the joy of giving back is just as vital as academic success.
🤔 Reflection & Inclusion: Our Upper School students engaged with Indigenous culture at the American Museum of Natural History, deepening their understanding of the world with sensitivity and insight.
🎨 Community & Joy: Finally, our community spirit reached its peak at the annual Thanksgiving Meal and Color Games. The energy and camaraderie were unmatched. Swipe to see the winning team celebrate!
Our school is defined by our community. We are deeply grateful for you. All of our best wishes for a restful and joy-filled Thanksgiving! 🧡
