The BASIS Independent Schools International Student Program offers a dynamic and rigorous American educational experience for F-1 international students who wish to earn a high school diploma in the United States. The program offers students the internationally benchmarked and nationally ranked BASIS Curriculum and opportunity for cultural immersion in some of the most vibrant cities in the United States.

Please send your official TOEFL score report from ETS to BASIS Independent Manhattan, ensuring D570 is listed as your “Designated Score Recipient.”

Schedule an Interview

Required

Upon receipt of the application and the required documents, the Admissions team will reach out to you via email to schedule an interview and an assessment. The interview will take place via Zoom and will include a reading and writing assessment.

Take BASIS Independent Schools Assessments

Required

Upon receipt of the application and the required documents, admissions will contact you to schedule and complete proctored, web-based assessments.

Admissions Decision

Notification Date: Within 10 business days of receiving your completed application.

Commitment Date: Within three weeks of being offered a seat. Please note: Applying for Admissions is not immediately binding. To accept an offered seat, families must submit a signed Enrollment Agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $5,000 within three weeks of being offered a seat.
