Middle school students are gearing up for Pre-Comps with a classic round of Chemistry Jeopardy! In just two weeks’ time, our grade 6–8 students will wrap up their Pre-Comp Exams. Until then, we study! At BASIS Independent Manhattan, “Review Week” is more than just studying—it’s a collaborative effort. Thanks for the inspiration, @pantone! Our grade 5 artists have created unique and original colors to become the 2026 @basisindependentmanhattan Color of the Year. After learning the nuances of shades, tints, and tone, students used only a primary palette plus black/white to master color mixing.
