Week 13 Blog Post

Hi everyone!

This week, my focus was mainly on writing the paper and working on my presentation. I worked on my introduction, methodology, and results for my paper and my presentation. I am not entirely sure if my filtered DEGs are correct, however, I will run my code again and do some research. For some reason, a lot of my filtered DEGs are in the brain, and while some research proves a connection between the brain and IPF (I am still trying to understand those papers), I am uncertain about my results. Hopefully, all the problems will be ironed out, and I should be ready for the end of this long project.
