My senior project delves into the forefront of technology trends within the hospitality sector, focusing on their vital implementation and impact on business operations. Drawing from firsthand experiences during an internship at a prominent golf and leisure resort, this research investigates how emerging technologies are reshaping guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue streams. By shadowing the manager of an exclusive resort in Florida, it will allow me to gain an inside perspective on the inner workings of the hospitality industry. Furthermore, my study explores the transformative role of artificial intelligence in streamlining processes, personalizing services, and enhancing decision-making within hospitality enterprises. Through a comprehensive analysis of industry practices, technological advancements, and AI applications, this project aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving landscape of the hospitality sector, empowering businesses to adapt and thrive in the digital era.
